Builds typed params for a signed trigger private/order request.

Derive assigns the order id and stores the order off-book until triggered. The legacy conn_id and order_id arguments are omitted from the wire.

Errors

Returns an error if the order quantity is quote-denominated, the order type, flags, or trigger source are unsupported, required prices are absent, the instrument’s base_asset_address cannot be parsed, decimal scaling fails, or EIP-712 signing fails.
