Revokes the Nautilus builder fee using environment variables.

Reads private key from environment:

  • Testnet: HYPERLIQUID_TESTNET_PK
  • Mainnet: HYPERLIQUID_PK

Set HYPERLIQUID_TESTNET to true or 1 for testnet, or false or 0 for mainnet (the default when unset). Boolean words are case-insensitive. Returns false without submitting a request if the value is invalid, including empty strings.
