Parses a Kraken futures /orders/status entry into a Nautilus OrderStatusReport.

The endpoint reports orders which are open or were filled/cancelled in the last 5 seconds, so the entry’s cumulative filled is authoritative for reconciliation even when the order is absent from the open-orders snapshot.

Errors

Returns an error if order ID, quantities, prices, or timestamps cannot be parsed.
