SBE decoders for Binance Spot user data stream events.
Decodes schema 3:5 templates 601 (BalanceUpdateEvent), 603 (ExecutionReportEvent),
606 (ListStatusEvent), and 607 (OutboundAccountPositionEvent) into venue structs.
Execution reports and account positions convert to Nautilus types in super::parse.
The Spot execution client dispatches list lifecycle updates directly.
