Short-form venue identifier string used as the canonical venue and client ID.

Seconds the execution client waits before retrying a failed order_update_stream bind.

ORDER_UPDATE_REBIND_DELAY_SECS

Seconds the execution client waits before re-binding order_update_stream after the stream ended or yielded a terminal error (in ibapi a decode error ends the subscription).
