Registers the NautilusTrader bindings for an embedded Python interpreter.
The embedding binary calls this function before Python initializes, then imports _libnautilus
after initialization, before importing nautilus_trader or any strategy module.
This exposes nautilus_trader._libnautilus. The matching Python
package must be on the import path. The bindings share the embedding binary’s
NautilusTrader types and runtime.
