NautilusTrader™ is an open-source algorithmic trading software framework developed and made available by Nautech Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 88 609 589 237) (“Nautech Systems”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The software is provided as a technical tool to assist users in designing, testing, and deploying their own trading systems. NautilusTrader is software only. It does not operate as a trading venue, broker, dealer, exchange, wagering service, or custodial service.

Any non-excludable consumer guarantees apply only to the extent required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautech Systems shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with the use of NautilusTrader or related materials, including but not limited to trading losses or loss of capital, regulatory or compliance violations, system failures or outages, or third-party service failures. Users waive and release Nautech Systems from any such liability, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
